Pompano Beach, FL- December 19 – Rick Tobin of Premier Hotel Realty announced today that Sea Steps Suites, a 32 unit hotel, was sold Friday to a Canadian buyer, Olasea LLC, for $4.5m.  Sea Steps Suites, formally known as the Ronny-Dee is just seven blocks south of Atlantic Blvd and directly on A1A.  Sea Steps Suites is a favorite of seasonal travelers because of its proximity to the Atlantic Ocean, large pool and deck, and its proximity to Pompano’s popular beach area redevelopment district.  The seller enlisted the help of Premier Hotel Realty to market the property internationally to buyers who would appreciate the increasing values and economic stability in this seaside community.
