BEATOZ Presents Web3 and AI Governance Solutions at HKiNEDA Annual Conference 2025 in Hong Kong
— Participates as a Section Sponsor, Demonstrating Technology Leadership to Regulators and Listed Company Executives

Following the keynote address by BEATOZ’s Head of DX Business, panelists engage in discussions on Web3 and AI-driven risk governance.
In Hong Kong on 12 December 2025, BEATOZ, a blockchain-focused technology company, announced that it participated as a Section Sponsor at the 9th HKiNEDA Annual Conference 2025, held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC), successfully demonstrating its technological competitiveness within Hong Kong’s financial market.
The HKiNEDA Annual Conference is a corporate governance forum that brings together independent non-executive directors and C-level executives of listed companies from Hong Kong and Mainland China, alongside legal and accounting professionals. This year’s conference was attended by key financial regulators, including Kelvin Wong, Chairman of the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), and David Sun, Chairman of the Accounting and Financial Reporting Council (AFRC). Discussions centred on the theme “Opportunities and Challenges in Dual Listings, the Digital Asset Era, and AI-Driven Risk”.
As a keynote speaker in the FinTech session, BEATOZ introduced its regulatory-friendly hybrid blockchain strategy, designed to simultaneously address dual listing compliance requirements and emerging AI-related risks. BEATOZ said the presentation attracted significant attention from Hong Kong’s financial sector.
During the keynote, BEATOZ’s Head of DX Business stated: “The defining challenge of the digital asset market in 2025 is achieving regulatory compliance, such as KYC and AML, while securing global liquidity. BEATOZ enables a trusted Web3 ecosystem through its Policy Bridge technology, which connects the scalability of public blockchains with the governance controls of private chains, along with an Audit Trail system that verifies AI-driven decision-making.”
The subsequent panel discussion was moderated by Dr Kenny Siu, Vice Chairman of Innovation Technology at HKiNEDA, and featured experts from global organisations including HashKey Group, Google Cloud, and EY, who engaged in in-depth dialogue on BEATOZ’s proposed Web3 and AI risk governance framework.
BEATOZ commented: “Dual listings, digital assets, and AI risk should not be addressed as separate topics, but rather within a unified governance framework. Through this conference, we established strong alignment with Hong Kong’s financial leaders. Moving forward, BEATOZ will accelerate its expansion into the Greater China region and aim to lead the global Web3 financial infrastructure market with our regulatory-friendly hybrid blockchain technology.”
Meanwhile, BEATOZ noted that it is accelerating the rollout of its stablecoin payment gateway solution, ‘CPG’, leveraging the momentum gained from the conference to advance its core digital asset strategies.
