BEATOZ signs validator MOU with HashKey Cloud to accelerate infrastructure expansion
BEATOZ’s hybrid blockchain model pitched as compliance solution for regulated digital asset markets

BEATOZ said on the 15th that it has signed a validator partnership with HashKey Cloud to support node operations on its blockchain network. HashKey Cloud is the Web3 infrastructure arm of the HashKey Group.
The agreement marks a strategic step in BEATOZ’s international expansion and reflects growing institutional interest in hybrid blockchain architectures designed for regulated financial environments.
The partnership was prompted by discussions held at the 9th Annual Conference of the Hong Kong Institute of Non-Executive Directors Association, held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. BEATOZ was officially invited to deliver a keynote address at the event, where it examined the structural limitations of existing blockchain models and presented an alternative framework aligned with the needs of digital finance.
In its presentation, BEATOZ said that fully public blockchains, while maximising decentralisation, face inherent challenges in data privacy protection and regulatory compliance, making them difficult for institutional finance to adopt at scale. As an alternative, the company proposed a hybrid blockchain model designed to preserve operational transparency while ensuring compliance and security.
During the panel discussion that followed, representatives from HashKey Cloud expressed strong alignment with BEATOZ’s approach, describing it as “one of the most realistic and well-balanced models currently available for institutions and enterprises seeking to adopt Web3.” That shared technical perspective subsequently developed into on-site commercial discussions, culminating in the signing of the MOU.
HashKey Cloud is regarded as one of Asia’s leading digital asset infrastructure providers, offering validator and node services across major public blockchains. The company is known for its institutional-grade security standards and operational expertise.
Under the agreement, HashKey Cloud will participate as a validator on the BEATOZ network and work jointly with BEATOZ on node infrastructure design and security standards. The two companies also plan to collaborate on ecosystem programmes aimed at strengthening broader visibility and adoption.
HYBIRD MAINNET BEATOZ plans to expand its Web3 open platform strategy by targeting regulated digital asset sectors where compliance and operational reliability are essential, including real-world asset (RWA) tokenisation, security token offerings (STOs) and stablecoins. The company said it expects HashKey Cloud’s network capabilities to play a key role in the cross-border rollout of its stablecoin payment solution, CPG (Crypto Payment Gateway), which was co-developed with RingNet.
“This partnership reflects growing international recognition of BEATOZ’s regulatory-friendly hybrid blockchain technology.” said Piotr Majka, Global Head of Business at the BEATOZ Foundation. “Working with HashKey Cloud, we aim to help establish a new standard for Web3 infrastructure that institutions can deploy in real-world financial environments.”
