The Drag Vibe artist has slowly and steadily become a renowned music sensation since doing the hit rap single in 2018

10/03/20 - For those of us that have heard about, or are fans of ‘Ferny’, the stories of his name, musical career, journey, and style have been elusive. More so for those that haven’t even heard of him at all. You might not know his name right off the bat but the Washington born and raised rapper has always been about the bigger picture.

Since releasing his first every single titled ‘Spectacular’ in 2018, Ferny G has only grown from strength to strength, joining record label, Drag Vibe, releasing hit track upon hit track, collaborating with other artists, and growing his fan base.

Asked about his inspirations for music in a recent interview, 21 year old Ferny said, “I’m a social butterfly that’s a force to be reckoned with. Music is an outlet I can use to escape and make my own reality. I write songs that are passionate and vulnerable and fun. I want my music to help anybody that is going through a tough time because I definitely know how it feels. If I can make someone feel anything with my art, I’ve done my job. And that’s what is most rewarding to me. Doing what I love to make others love”.
